Field Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team, immediately. As a Field Service Technician at our company, you will be responsible for providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions at various customer locations.

Candidates should:

  • have experience with mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance
  • have attention to detail
  • have customer service skills
  • have a clean driving record.

Warehouse Associate

We are looking for our next TBI Ambassador! We need someone to work in our warehouse and drive our trucks. Ideal candidate needs to have customer service skills, attention to detail, work well in a team environment, and have a clean driving record. Responsibilities include picking orders, receiving orders, inventory control, using a fork lift, and back up our delivery ambassadors, plus other various warehouse tasks. Person must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Forklift operator: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Pallet Jack: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

  • Forklift Certified (Preferred)

Work authorization:

  • United States (Required)

Equipment Service Coordinator

We are looking for the next Service Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities include monitoring Field Service Tech activities such as onsite routine service, installations, maintenance, and repairs on professional cleaning (industrial and commercial) equipment. Must provide support and guidance to service personnel and customers, and ensure customer expectations are met. Scheduling, purchasing, and customer service experience highly preferred. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, no nights or weekends!

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
