Sherry Lott, Accounting Manager

Running, gardening, and accounting are just three of Sherry’s passions. With over 25 years of experience in accounting, Sherry is Thornton Brothers’ Manager of Accounting and Human Resources. Her service on the Leadership Team helps keep Thornton Brothers relevant and forward-moving.

Originally from Akron, Ohio, Sherry started on the path to success with a job working for the Mayor when she was just sixteen years old. Sherry’s expertise stems from her years of serving in Accounts Receivable/Payable, Project Management, Inside Sales, and Office Manager – all before joining the Thornton Brothers Purchasing team. She quickly climbed to her current position, where she is responsible for all aspects of the financial stability of Thornton Brothers along with overseeing the HR department.

Sherry and her husband (of 30 years!) live in Loganville and have two grown children, two grandchildren, and a sweet chocolate lab named Shelby.
